Rough week!

July 2025 has been a really heavy month, with the loss of so many incredible figures who touched our lives in such special ways. I wanted to take a moment to share a heartfelt reflection.

• Hulk Hogan (71): The wrestling legend, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, passed away on July 24 from cardiac arrest at his Florida home. His larger-than-life “Hulkamania” spirit brought joy to millions, and he’ll be missed.

• Malcolm-Jamal Warner (54): Best known as Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, he tragically drowned on July 20 while swimming in Costa Rica with his daughter. His warmth and talent left a lasting mark.

• Michael Madsen (67): The tough-guy actor, iconic for roles in Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, passed away on July 3 from cardiac arrest at his Malibu home. His charisma was unforgettable.

• Anne Burrell (55): The celebrity chef, known for Worst Cooks in America, passed away on 6/ 17 at her home, with her death later reported in July as a suicide by acute intoxication. Her personality lit up the culinary world.

• Ozzy Osbourne (76): The rock icon and Black Sabbath frontman died on 7/22 at his home, surrounded by family, after battling Parkinson’s. His final performance was earlier this month.

It’s been a really tough week with the loss of so many beloved legends. Connie Francis, Chuck Mangione, Ozzy Osbourne, Hulk Hogan, and Malcolm-Jamal Warner each brought something unforgettable into the world. Their voices, their music, their strength, and their presence left lasting marks on generations. Losing them all so close together feels deeply heavy, like the world got a little quieter. It’s hard to put into words the weight of these losses, but may they all rest peacefully above the clouds. Their light, their art, and their spirit will live on forever in the hearts they touched. ❤️🙏🕊️
