
Anger is a deadly emotion which burns you first before it can be thrown on others! It is weapon that causes self destruction more than anything else. Emotions actually are necessary, but what is vitally important is they must not control you. Instead you must always be in complete control of your emotions. Anyone and everyone can change but only when they genuinely want to. It will surely require Patience, Practice and Time.
