
By recognizing and weighing our desires, and organizing them well, we trigger internal changes. And they, in turn, entail external changes. This results in the form of major life changes. Some changes are good. Some changes are welcome. Some changes can make us feel as if we are being thrown into the eye of a storm. Try not to be anxious when change comes.
