Change your attitude!

Stress is not caused by the amount of work you are required to do… It is, in fact caused by the amount of anxiety that you create to know the outcome of the effort you have made, in advance. You need to change your attitude from arrogance to acceptance if you wish to be de-stressed. Give your best in whatever you do, don’t waste time evaluating the possible outcome in advance and accept outcome even if it is not exactly what you wanted. Just treat it as a bend and not the end, Thank, pray and have faith in God Almighty’s long-term plan for you and you will surely have peace, happiness and abundance.
