While Carmine’s is known for their family-style Italian feasts, they also know how to serve it up for game day! To order ahead for the game, they’re offering a Hero Platter ($300), with a choice of three hero sandwiches including Cold or Hot Italian Combo, Italian Steak with Peppers & Onions, and Eggplant Parmigiana selections. Feeding 15, the package also includes a choice of salad. They also have a Focaccia Sandwich Platter ($125) offering light bites for 25, offered in choice of Pesto, Tomato and Mozzarella, or Prosciutto, Roasted Peppers and Aged Provolone stacked between fresh focaccia slices. All platters must be ordered by February 11 by phone. Families can also enjoy Carmine’s to-go Big Game Package ($145) for pick-up or delivery with Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad, Spicy Scarpariello Wings, Penne Alla Vodka, and Chicken Parmigiana. Feeding 5 to 6, the special can be ordered ahead by phone.
