There is no magic pill that’ll make you lose weight & keep it off & be healthy. It’s a process, just like it was a process to get to where you are now.

Taking ownership of your life, implementing healthy habits like sleeping enough, moving more, eating more veg & avoiding things you know are bad for you- that’s what’ll get you there.
Focus on health, rather than weight.
Weight loss is a side effect of healthy living.
And it’s way better for the soul too.

Is it a long journey? Depends if you cheat…..if you don’t it shouldn’t take you a year.
