you always seek approval from others in order to feel good about yourself. You give way too much importance to what others say or think about you and take it as an indicator of your own value.
Why are we so hard on ourselves?
You’re too hard on yourself….you always beat yourself up for the smallest mistakes that are no big deal , but every mistake you make feels like it’s another proof that you’re worthless.
You always expect your own failure, you always think that you can’t do what you want without even trying first , and that always leads you to feel like you’re never good enough.
We can’t live in the past….
You live in the past, and you never forget your mistakes . Instead, you reply them , and you feel really guilty about things that you can no longer change .
If you are feeling worthless because of low self esteem, and that probably has made you feel not enough, having alot of doubt and fear about yourself will bring you down!! Start thinking positive happy thoughts, even if you are going through a crisis!
Easier said then done! Sometimes it is. Take a break! Take a few breaths and it’s will pass.
