Saying yes is not always the right thing to do. Know that it’s okay to say no.
Set boundaries – for yourself & for others. It manages expectations.
And it improves mental health.

Stop. Look up. Look around.
Appreciate what you have.
Yes, there’s always more, but that doesn’t mean you should just ignore the here & now.
There’s always something inspiring if you look for it.
