Lead with Kindness!

Some sound advice for you today:

  1. It’s the intention with which you do things that counts – and not necessarily the things you do. Lead with kindness… always.
  2. A narrow focus brings the best results. Stop trying to do everything and rather put all of your efforts into doing one thing.
  3. You cannot control anyone on this entire planet except yourself. So if you want to try to control things in your life so bad, then work on your own mind. That’s the only thing you should be trying to control.
  4. Worrying about the future is a complete and utter waste of time. Yes, work towards making it better, but worrying about it is like manifesting that concern into a reality.
  5. Forgiving people is a good way to let go because that is not your garbage to carry around. They don’t even need to know that you have forgiven them, but you have the power to do that… you can give them back their garbage so that you don’t have to carry it around anymore.
  6. Boundaries are so incredibly important. Some people might not like it when you draw a line in the sand – in fact, they definitely won’t – but boundaries are crucial to mental health and wellbeing. Safeguard your space. Learn to say no. Throw toxic in the trash.
  7. The voice in your head – the one that talks to you all day – you need to teach that voice to be nicer to you because that voice is you, and if it is unkind, then you will be unkind too.
  8. You are worthy of all that you dream of and hope for. And for flips sakes… believe in yourself, your abilities and your own potential. Never let self-doubt hold you captive.
  9. Surround yourself with people who believe in your dreams, encourage your ideas, support your ambitions, and bring out the best in you.
  10. Your beliefs affect your choices. Your choices shape your actions. Your actions determine your results. The future you create depends upon the choices you make and the actions you take today.

That’s it.

Be kinder than necessary, to yourself and each other.
