Let’s do this!

It’s the first Monday of 2023… and look at us go!

Although some people might see Monday as the start of a long week, we can make the conscious choice to understand and use the first day of the week to propel us to success and more happiness. Monday should be a day to be enthusiastic and to appreciate how we are blessed to have another week and another day of life, no matter how awesome the weekend was.

“You need to learn how to select your thoughts just the same way you select your clothes every day. This is a power you can cultivate. If you want to control things in your life so bad, work on the mind. That’s the only thing you should be trying to control.”

Your Monday morning thoughts set the tone for your whole week… so here are some thoughts to kick off your first Monday of 2023! And maybe some advice for every Monday of 2023. And beyond.

  1. Watch more sunrises.
  2. Stop doing things you don’t like to do.
  3. Love yourself more.
  4. Hang with awesome peeps who fill your cup.
  5. Smash some goals.
  6. Learn to say no.
  7. Teach the voice in your head to be nicer to yourself.
  8. Stop worrying about the future – or, more importantly, things you can’t change.
  9. Walk barefoot.
  10. Share your magic
  11. Be brave.
  12. Push the boundaries… but enforce them too.
  13. Flaunt your awesome.
  14. Delete the drama.
  15. Love harder.
  16. Love louder.
  17. Be kinder to everyone, including yourself.
  18. Give toxic people the boot.
  19. Remind yourself that you are worthy of all you dream and hope for.
  20. Make a conscious decision to have the best day ever!

Happy Monday.
