December rules!!

December rules:

  1. Every day is a Saturday.
  2. Carbs don’t count. Lol they sure do!
  3. Breakfast = Champagne.
  4. Treat yourself to a spa day!!

There are only 5 days left of 2022.

This year has made me realize that the world is a very sad place and many people are dealing with stuff that we can’t even comprehend. People are walking around us/you/me, with the heaviest baggage, with things that we will never understand.

We need to be talking openly about our innermost problems, and we need to be checking in on those we love.

We all have tough stuff that we’re walking around with, and yet we get up every single day and continue walking. I guess that’s why I try to advocate for more kindness and to love louder.

So here’s some inspiration on the last couple of days of the year… if you want 2023 to be your year, then don’t sit on the couch and wait for it.

Go out. Make a change. Be kind. Smile more. Be excited. Do new things. Check in with those you love. Throw away what you’ve been cluttering. Unfollow negative people on social media. Be fierce. Show more gratitude. Do things that challenge you. Be brave. Love louder.

And if you can’t fathom to be inspired today, then take a deep breath and try again tomorrow. Just please don’t stop trying and always remember that you will have tomorrow.

Love, light and good things. Here’s to 2023… a new chapter in our book of life.
